摘    要:干扰黏附分子介导的细胞与细胞外基质的联系,可能阻止增生性病变的发展。已有报道利用含去整合素的蛇毒,可在兔眼中防止牵引性视网膜脱离的发生。人工合成的精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)类药物,可与细胞外基质中含不溶性RGD的蛋白质竞争结合结膜下成纤维细胞的整合素,可降低成纤维细胞与细胞外基质的黏附,减弱兔滤过术后伤口愈合反应,延长滤过泡存在的时间。

Abstract:It may prevent ocular proliferation disorders to interfere with integrin mediated the adhesion between cells and extracellular matrix.It has been reported that the snake venoms containing disintegrins can prevent the tractional retinal detachment in rabbit eye.The synthetic peptides containing RGD(Arg Gly Asp) sequence can compete with RGD containing insoluble matrix protein for binding to the integrin receptor of Tenon's capsular fibroblasts and thus inhibit the adhesion between cells and extracellular matrix,so that the scarring and fibrosis of wound healing are decreased and the filtration bleb is improved.
