枸杞多糖对镉致大鼠肝抗氧化酶损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)对染镉大鼠肝抗氧化酶损伤的拮抗作用。方法实验动物为健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为5组,为对照组,单纯染镉组,干预1组,干预2组和干预3组,对照组灌胃0.9%NaCl,2h后腹腔注射0.9%NaCl,单纯染镉组灌胃0.9%NaCl,2h后腹腔注射氯化镉1.5mg/kg,干预1、2、3组LBP灌胃剂量分别为5、10和20mg/kg,2h后各组腹腔注射氯化镉1.5mg/kg。连续5d,第6天取肝脏测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力。结果与对照组相比,镉染毒组的SOD、NOS、GSH-Px活力下降;干预1、2、3组肝脏SOD分别是镉染毒组的101.8%、113.2%、114.6%,NOS分别是镉染毒组的94.4%、157.1%、131.0%,GSH-Px分别是镉染毒组的111.6%、160.3%、158.8%。结论 LBP对镉染毒致大鼠肝抗氧化酶系损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective]To study the protective effect of LBP on hepatic antioxidant enzymes damaged by cadmium in rats.Methods]Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group,cadmium group,interventional group 1,interventional group 2 and interventional group 3. Control group was given intragastrically 0. 9% NaCl and intraperitoneally injected with 0. 9% NaCl 2 hours later. Cadmium group was given intragastrically 0. 9% NaCl and intraperitoneally injected with cadmium chloride ( CdCl2) 15 mg/kg 2 hours later. LBP of 5,10,20 mg/kg were given intragastricall of the rats in interventional group 1,2,3 respectively,and then were intraperitoneally injected with CdCl2 15 mg/kg 2 hours later . All the groups were treated for 5 days. At the 6th day,liver of the rats was collected for the test of the levels of superoxide dismutase( SOD) and nitric oxide synthase ( NOS) and glutatione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) .Results]In cadmium group,the levels of SOD and NOS and GSH-Px in the liver decreases,comparing with the control group. In interventional group 1,2,3,the SOD was 101. 8% ,113. 2% ,114. 6% of that of the cadmium group,respectively; the NOS was 94. 4% ,157. 1% ,131. 0% of the cadmium group; the GSH-Px was 111. 6% ,160. 3% ,158. 8% of the cadmium group.Conclusion]LBP has a certain protective effect on hepatic antioxidant enzymes damaged by cadmium in rats.
