儿宝颗粒对小儿厌食症大鼠模型胃肠内P物质表达的影响

目的从消化内分泌角度探讨儿宝颗粒及不同剂量对小儿厌食症大鼠模型胃肠内P物质（SP）表达的调节作用。方法利用“饮食不当法”将幼龄大鼠喂养成小儿厌食症模型，用免疫组化法探讨不同剂量儿宝颗粒治疗后各组胃肠组织形态学改变以及SP在胃和肠中的含量变化与差异。结果模型大鼠胃底部以及小肠空肠段肌间神经丛中P物质含量比对照组明显减低（P〈0.05）。用儿宝颗粒治疗后SP含量均比模型组增加（P〈0.05），其中小剂量儿宝组与对照组之间无显著差异（P〉0.05）。形态学方面，模型组与大剂量组胃肠组织有不同程度结构改变。结论儿宝颗粒可促进SP分泌，从而增进食欲，加快生长。 

Effect of Erbao Granule on P Substance Expression of Rat Models with Infantile Anorexia

OBJECTIVE To explore into the effect of Erbao Granule of different dosages on the Substance P expression of rat models with infantile anorexia.METHOD Infant rats were fed improperly to produce infantile anorexia models and immunohistochemical method was used to observe histiomorphological changes and changes in the content of Substance P.RESULT The content of Substance P in the basal part of the stomach and in the jejunal myenteric nerve plexus of the rat model decreased markedly as compared with the control group(P<0.05).After the use of Erbao Granule,Substance P content increased greatly(P<0.05),but with no difference between the small dosage group and the control group(P>0.05).Morphologically,there were varying degrees of changes in the gastrointestinal tissue in the model group and large dosage group.CONCLUSION Erbao Granule can promote Substance P secretion,thus improve appetite and speed up growth.
