冷冻复型电镜观察豚鼠海马CAI区锥体细胞间的缝隙连接

摘    要:本文应用冷冻复型电镜技术研究豚鼠海马CAI区锥体细胞间的缝隙连接。观察到海马CAI区锥体细胞劈裂面EF上有1—3个缝隙连接,膜内微粒密集成区,大小不一,有的排列成行较整齐;有的排列不整齐或松散,微粒多少不一。同时在锥体细胞顶树突的EF面上见到1—2个缝隙连接,膜内微粒密集成区,大小不一,有的排列整齐,有的排列不整齐。

Abstract:In freeze-replicas of the hippocampus of guinea pig, gap junctions have been observed on the E-face of the CAI pyrmaidal cells and the apical dendrites. 1 to 3 gap junctions were seen on the E-face of the pyramidal cells and 1 to 2 gap junctions on. the E-face of the apical dendrdrites.The intramembranous particles aggregated as a big or a small area and were arranged regularly or irregularly.
