| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响臀肌挛缩症术后康复的因素。方法：对９８ 例患儿进行手术治疗并结合术后康复性锻炼。结果：８７ 例患儿术后经康复性锻炼髋关节功能恢复正常，无阻性体征；７ 例术后臀筋膜粘连经推拿及小针刀治疗恢复满意；３ 例术后创口下积液，经引流后三个月内恢复；１ 例合并有左髋关节半脱位，现正行功能锻炼。结论：及早发现、及早治疗是降低手术后并发症的关键，术后坚持康复性锻炼对髋关节功能的改善是大有益处的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To inquire into a different operation opportunity have effecton the postoperative recovery for the atrophy of gluteal muscles.Method:98 cases were performed operations and exercised in the stage of recovery.Result:87 cases of the hip joint were retumed to normally function,no positive sign,7 cases were treated by the massage therapy and the small sword and returned to the satisfaction .3 cases were infection of incisional wound and returned to being drained in 3 months,1 cases has dimidiate luxation of left hip joint.Conclusion:To discover and treat early stage is a key for being reduced the postoperative complication.The postoperative rehabilitation have good for improving function of the hip joint. |
