| 摘 要： | 毛冬青的主要有效化学成分为毛冬青总皂苷和黄酮苷，其中毛冬青甲素有多种生理活性。毛冬青对急慢性炎症有良好疗效，同时能有效抑制心血管疾病和肝损伤的炎症反应。毛冬青对机体免疫功能有一定的调节作用，表现在对逆转录病毒感染脾大症治疗作用、肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用、抗HIV作用、抗流感病毒作用。

| Abstract: | The main chemical Compositions of effective are Ilexisaponin and Flavonoid glycosides in llex pubescens Hook. Et Arn. IlexoninA has a wide range of physiological activities, Ilex pubescens Hook. Et Arn has a good effect on acute and chronic inflammation. At the same time it can effectively inhibit inflammatory response of cardiovascular disease and liver damage, llex pubescens Hook. Et Arn has some regulatory role on immune function. Treating splenomegaly syndrome in the splenomegalia of mice model caused by FLV, killing effect in tumor cells, the role of anti-HIV and anti-influenza virus. |
