| 摘 要： | [目的]比较套筒式双针头与塑料导管式采血针临床应用情况。[方法]对1284人次8651管的真空负压采血结果进行统计分析。[结果]采用套筒式双针头行真空负压采血,穿刺失败、皮下淤血、污染床单率(20.93%)高于采用塑料导管式采血针;出现不合格试管数也较高。[结论]进行真空负压采血时,应用塑料导管式采血针优于应用套筒式双针头采血针。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare clinical application of both bushing double-pinhead and plastic-catheter-like sample collection needles.Method:A total of 1 284 cases and 8 651 test tubes of vacuum negative pressure blood samples collections were analyzed. Result: In terms of puncture failure, subcutaneous congestion, and sheet contamination rate in patients underwent bushing double-pinhead vacuum negative pressure samples collection were higher (20.93%) than those underwent plastic-catheter-like sample collection needle. There were more test tubes with some problems among the former.Conclusion: In terms of vacuum negative pressure blood samples collections, to use plastic-catheter-like sample collection needles is superior to bushing double-pinhead sample collection needles. |
