灭蝇雷在活动测控部队中的应用效果观察

摘    要:目的研究灭蝇雷在活动测控部队不同环境条件下,针对不同蚊蝇的防治效果。方法使用灭蝇雷,更换不同药芯,计算使用前后蚊蝇密度下降率及密度指数。结果在不同环境中,中华按蚊、淡色库蚊、致倦库蚊、家蝇、丽蝇、舌蝇对高效氯氟氰菊酯、Es-生物丙烯菊酯药芯普遍敏感,灭蝇雷置放1~24 h蚊蝇密度下降率分别达到84.67%、92.21%,对蚊虫有5~6 d持效,对蝇有4~5 d持效;花蝇、杆蝇则对顺式氯氰菊酯药芯敏感,灭蝇雷置放1~24 h蚊蝇密度下降率分别达到80%、83.33%,对蚊虫有4~5 d持效,对蝇有3~4 d持效。结论针对不同环境,灭蝇雷可以有效地杀灭蚊蝇,减少环境污染。
