《临证指南医案》老年病探析

复习《临证指南医案》(以下简称《指南》)中所有关于老年病的医案,旨在探讨《指南》关于老年病的论治思想。主要从老年人的生理病理特点、老年病的治疗及其调护等3个方面进行论述。生理病理方面,《指南》主要强调下元衰惫和阳明脉衰在老年病中的重要性,兼及阴血枯涸和虚实夹杂;治疗则重在固摄下元、调补奇经、注重通补和强调治疗本虚。《指南》中还特别强调老年人应宽怀静养,顺天之气以延年。

Therapeutic method of senile disease in Linzheng Zhinan Yi'An

This article has reviewed all the medical case records about senile disease in Linzheng Zhinan Yi'an(Medical Records as a Guide to Clinical Work, briefly as Medical Records), in order to explore the treatment thought of senile diseases described in Medical Record. This article has discussed this problem mainly from three aspects: physiopathologic characteristic, the treatment and the regulation and nursing of senile disease. In physiopathology, Medical Records mainly emphasized the important role of deficiency and exhaustion of Kidney Qi and yangming meridian deficiency in the senile diseases. It also put emphasis on Yin-blood drying up and mixed asthenia and sthenia; In the treatment, the emphasis is put on fixing the primordial qi of xiajiao, regulating and nourishing the extra meridian with laying stress on purgation and tonification and treating deficiency in origin. The Medical Record has also specially emphasized that the old people should relieve chest stuffiness and accustom pneuma of nature to prolong the life.
