厄贝沙坦与依那普利治疗轻中度高血压疗效观察

目的：观察厄贝沙坦治疗轻、中度原发性高血压（EH）的疗效及安全性。方法：随机将87例轻、中度原发性高血压患者分为厄贝沙坦组48例和依那普利组39例，分别接受厄贝沙坦150mg/d或依那普利40mg／d。治疗前后测量坐位血压，记录疗效和不良反应。结果：厄贝沙坦与依那普利均能有效降低血压，治疗总有效率分别为97．9％和1197．0％，两组疗效比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。依那普利组有6例发生干咳。结论：厄贝沙坦是治疗轻、中度原发性高血压安全有效的药物。

Efficacy of irbesartan versus enalapril in treatment of mild and Moderate Hypertension

Objective ：To assess the efficacy and safety of irbesartan in the treatment of essential hypertension.Methods：87 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into Irbesartan（48 cases） and enalapril group（39 cases） randomly,and received irbesartan 150 mg/d or enalapril 40 mg/d respectively.Sitting blood pressure was taken,the therapeutic effect and side effects were reconded.Results： Both irbesartan and enalapril were effective to lower blood pressure.The therapeutic effects of two groups were 97.9% and 97% respectively （P〉0.05）.Six patients in enalapril group had dry cough.Conclusion：Irbesartan is a safe and effective antihypertensive drug for mild to moderate essential hypertension.
