| 摘 要： | 目的：研究医院金黄色葡萄球菌耐药性及其与医院环境的相关性，了解医院病原菌的来源。方法：比较金黄色葡萄球菌院感株和环境株的耐药谱和RAPD型别间差异，判断相关性。结果：从耐药谱和RAPD分型综合研究表明，金黄色葡萄球菌院感株和环境株有较大相关性。结论：提示金黄色葡萄球菌的医院感染主要是外源性感染。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the drug-resistance and origin of Staphylococcus aureus (SA) nosocomial infection.Mothods: The differences of drug-fast pathogens and RAPD pathogens between the SA from nosocomial infection and the SA from the hospital environments were compared so as to determine the correlation between this two SA pathogens.Results:Study on drug-resistance pathogens and RAPD pathogens indicate that SA from inpatients with nosocomial infection was related to SA from hospital environment.Conclusion:The origin of SA nosocomial infection seemed coming from hospital environment. |
