含氯消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌等四种细菌杀灭效果观察

摘    要:目的观察含氯消毒剂对嗜肺军团菌等四种细菌杀灭效果。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验法进行了实验室检测。结果用含有效氯50 mg/L三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片水溶液作用10 m in,对悬液内嗜肺军团菌杀灭对数值为5.92;作用20 m in达到完全杀灭。含有效氯100 mg/L该泡腾片溶液作用10 m in,对悬液内铜绿假单胞菌杀菌对数值为5.56;作用20 m in,对大肠杆菌杀灭对数值为5.58。含有效氯200 mg/L该泡腾片溶液作用20 m in,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值为5.88。结论三氯异氰尿酸泡腾片水溶液对四种细菌杀灭效果较好,其中嗜肺军团菌对含氯消毒剂更敏感。

Abstract:Objective To compare the resistance of Legionella pneumophila with Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus to chlorine-containing disinfectant.Method Suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carried out laboratory examination.Results The killing logarithm value of Legionella pneumophila in suspension exposed to the aqueous solution of trichloroisocyanuric acid effervescent tablet containing available chlorine 50 mg/L for 10 min was >5.00.The killing logarithm values of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension and E.coli exposed to the disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/L for 10 min and for 20 min respectively were >5.00.The killing logarithm value of S.aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfectant solutioon containing available chlorine 200 mg/L for 20 min was >5.00.Conclusion The resistance of L.pneumophila to chlorine-containing disinfectant is lower than that of P.aeruginosa,E.coli and S.aureus.
