生物质谱技术在生物毒素检测中的应用进展

摘    要:生物毒素是医学、农学、环境科学、军事以及反恐等领域研究的热点之一,由于其具有发展成大规模杀伤性武器的潜力,因此迫切需要发展快速、灵敏的生物毒素检测技术.相对于传统的生物毒素检测技术(如PCR技术、抗体技术等),生物质谱技术用于生物毒素的检测,具有检测范围广、灵敏度高、速度快、操作简单等优点.随着生物质谱技术的成熟和完善,这项技术将成为未来生物毒素检测的有力手段.本文综述了近年来在生物毒素检测中应用的生物质谱技术和样品前处理技术及其应用进展.

Abstract:Rapid and accurate detection and identification of specific biological toxins is vital for clinical diagnostics,public health safety,and biological warfare defense.The potential use of biological toxins as weapons of mass destruction has created an urgent need for a rapid and highly sensitive assay for their detection.Compared with the conventional detection technology such as immunoassay and PCR,the MS technology has the advantages of wide detection spectrum,simplicity,high speed and high sensitivity.With the development of MS technology,it will become a powerful tool for the detection of biological toxins.In this paper,the MS technology and sample preparation technology used in the field of detection of biological toxins and recent advances are summarized.
