Kummell病的影像学研究进展

Kummell病是指患者在经历无明显症状期的轻微外伤史后,数月至数年间出现症状复发、加重甚至脊柱后凸畸形的一种疾病。该病主要发生于骨质疏松的中老年患者,以男性稍多,青少年患者非常罕见。在该病的临床诊疗过程中,影像学检查十分重要,X线平片中的椎体内真空裂隙、开口现象以及MRI检查中的双线征均可用来辅助诊断;放射性核素骨扫描和单光子计算机断层成像检查对Kummell病早期诊断及鉴别诊断恶性肿瘤全身骨转移中具有较高的临床应用价值。本文主要立足于Kummell病近些年影像学研究进展并进行总结论述。

Advances in imaging research of Kummell disease

Kummell disease is defined as patients who once suffer a mild spinal trauma then develop into relapsing, aggravating even kyphosis after a period of months to years. This disease occurs mainly in middle-aged patients, slightly more male, young patients is rarely. During the clinical course, imaging examination is much more significant. The intravertebral vacuum cleft phenomenon in the X-rays and the ‘fluid sign＇, ‘double line sign＇ in the MRI can be used to aid diagnosis. For the early period diagnosis of Kummell disease and differential diagnosis of malignant disease systemic bone metastasis, radionuclide bone scan and single photon computed tomography examination have a high clinical value. In this paper, we summarized the imaging studies about Kummell disease.
