2004-2013年天津市河北区丙型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征分析

目的分析天津市河北区丙型病毒性肝炎(简称丙肝)流行病学特征,为丙肝的预防控制策略调整提供科学依据。方法收集天津市河北区2014-2013年中国法定传染病报告系统中的丙肝疫情资料,进行流行病学分析。结果天津市河北区丙肝报告发病率2004-2006年逐年上升,2006-2010年呈逐年下降趋势,2011年之后略有上升。发病前3位的地区主要分布在人口流动性较大,城乡结合部,中老年人口集中的地区。丙肝发病无明显的季节性,男性多于女性。在15~59岁之间发病率随着年龄的增长呈逐渐升高趋势。结论近年来丙肝发病率有上升趋势,卫生部门应该加强以宣传为主的综合防控措施。

Analysis on epidemiology characteristics of Hepatitis C in Hebei district of Tianjin, 2004-2013

Objective To analyze the epidemiology characteristics of Hepatitis C, and to provide scientific evidence for disease prevention strategies. Methods Data of hepatitis C eases in Hebei district of Tianjin which reported through national notifiable disease reporting system during 2004 -2013 were collected and analysed. Results The incidence of hepatitis C in Hebci district increased by years from 2004 to 2006 and decreased from 2006 to 2010, whereas it has showed a declining trend since 2011. The top three incidence regions mainly located in the area with greater migrants, the zone of rural-urban fringe and the community with more middle and aged residents. The disease had no significant seasonal distribution. Among the patients, there were more males than females. The incidence in 15 -59 age group was gradually increased with age. Conclusion The incidence rate of hepatitis C had increasing tendency in the recent years. Comprehensive prevention measures including propaganda should be enhanced by health department.
