摘    要:目的了解中学生健康教育干预前后艾滋病知识、态度、行为(KAP)情况,为以后开展学校艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,在干预前后分别对1 249名和1 250名学生进行问卷调查。结果中学生艾滋病知识知晓率从50.8%提高到80.6%(P0.01);对待艾滋病感染者/病人的正确态度持有率在干预后显著提高(P0.01)但总体正确认知水平仍较低,干预前后分别为49.2%和68.6%,;有3.1%的学生自述发生过性行为;获得艾滋病知识的途径依次为电视、报刊、书籍。结论采用多种形式在学校开展艾滋病健康教育取得明显效果,可作为良好经验推广到其他学校。

Abstract:Objective To understand the situations about AIDS related knowledge, attitude and behavior among middle school students before and after health education, and to provide evidence for conducting education grogram in school. Methods 1249 and 1250 students were selected by convenience sampling before and after health education. Questionnaire survey was employed in the study. Results The total awareness rate of AIDS knowledge was increased from 50.8% to 80. 7% ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The rate of attitude to I-IIV/AIDS increased significantly before and after education(P 〈0. Ol ). However, the overall cognitions to AIDS were still relatively low which reached 49.2% and 68.6% respectively before and after education. 3.1% of students admitted they had sexual experience. Television, newspapers and books were the main ways to obtain AIDS knowledge. Conclusion Multiple forms of education gained significant effect and should be encouraged to other schools.
