浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声、磁共振表现及对比研究

目的讨论浆细胞性乳腺炎的超声和磁共振表现,对比分析两种影像学检查方法的优劣性。方法 10例经手术证实的浆细胞乳腺炎病例,分析其超声和磁共振表现,并比较两种方法在病灶定位、大小测量,累及范围及定性诊断方面的差异,判断各自优劣性。结果不同发病阶段的浆细胞性乳腺炎超声和磁共振各具特征性,有着不同的分型方法;超声对于早期病变显示优于磁共振,磁共振对于病灶大小、范围的评估要优于超声;两种检查方法都有一定误诊率,需要和乳腺癌做鉴别诊断。结论超声易于浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床普查,磁共振对手术方案的制订更有帮助。

The ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging manifestations and comparative study for plasma cell mastitis

ObjectiveTo discuss the ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） manifestations of plasma cell mastitis （PCM）, and analyze the relative merits of these two imaging methods.MethodsTen cases of PCM confirmed by operation were collected. The ultrasound and MRI appearances of these cases were analyzed and compared for the location lesion, measuring size and extent, differences in qualitative diagnosis.Results Ultrasound and MRI features were shown in different stages of PCM. Ultrasound was better in finding early lesions and MRI was more adept at assessing the lesion size, range. Two methods of examination had certain misdiagnosis rate, and a differential diagnosis should be made for breast cancer.Conclusion Ultrasound could be used as routine examination for PCM, and MRI can provide more help for the operation.
