摘    要:目前国内外对于腰椎生物力学改变可导致下腰痛有较为统一的认识。普遍认为通过保持正确的姿势、加强腰背肌和核心肌群的锻炼优化脊柱节段活动的控制和腰椎的稳定性可以预防和治疗下腰痛。本文总结了腰椎骨、椎间盘、小关节、软组织等生物力学特点及其与下腰痛的关系,对下腰痛的发生和复发的预防及治疗具有良好的临床指导作用。

Research progress on biomechanics of low back pain

Abstract:Currently it is generally believed that changes in the lumbar spine biomechanics can lead to low back pain. Maintaining correct posture, strengthening workout activities of lumbar back muscles and core muscles, optimizing control of spinal segment activities and the stability of the lumbar spine can be used in the prevention and treatment of lower back pain. In this article, biomechanical characteristics of lumbar bone, disc, facet joints and soft tissue and the relationships between these charateristics and low back pain were summarized. This article contributes to the prevention and treatment on the occurrence and recurrence of low back pain in clinical practice.
