通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛36例疗效观察

目的观察通心络胶囊联合阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机数字表将72例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予口服阿托伐他汀治疗;观察组患者在同对照组患者治疗的基础上,给予通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,观察组患者心绞痛的治疗总有效率(97.2%)显著高于对照组患者(75.0%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01);秩和检验结果显示,观察组患者的疗效显著优于对照组患者(P0.01)。治疗3个月后,观察组患者射血分数(EF)较治疗前明显升高,且明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效确切,明显优于单用西药治疗,能明显改善患者的心功能,且安全性好,值得推广应用。

Observation on therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin in treating 36 cases of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule combined with atorvastatin in treatment of angina pectoris caused by coronary heart disease. Methods 72 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each. Patients were given regular treatment after admission,on the basis of the regular treatment,the control group was given atorvastatin,and the observation group was further given Tongxinluo capsule. Clinical efficacy was observed and compared. Results The effective rate of angina pectoris was 50% in the control group,and 97. 2% in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）; the rank sum test results show that the curative effect of observation group was statistically better than that of control group. After 3 months of treatment,the ejection fraction（ EF） of observation group was significantly higher than before treatment and control group（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions Atorvastatin combined with Tongxinluo in treatment of angina pectoris is superior to western medicine only,and can improve the cardiac function,its curative effect is reliable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
