中药材辛夷的X射线衍射Fourier指纹图谱鉴定

摘    要:目的:建立将木兰科所属其它植物能否作为中药材辛夷和现有中药材辛夷质量的新鉴定方法。方法:采用X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法。结果:通过对五个辛夷中药材进行实验、分析,获得辛夷的标准X射线衍射Fourier图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法可用于中药材辛夷的鉴定。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a new identification and analysis method of Magnolia biondii Pamp.Methods: Powder X-Ray diffraction fourier fingerprint pattern method.Result: Experiment and analysis were carried out on five samples.The standard X-Ray diffraction Fourier fingerprint pattern method and characteristic diffraction peaks of Magnolia biondii Pamp were obtained.Conclusion: The method can be used for the identification of Magnolia biondii Pamp.
