| 摘 要： | 近来 ,随着外科技术的提高、免疫抑制剂的发展 ,胰腺移植的存活率已有很大的提高。目前该手术成为 1型糖尿病终末期的标准治疗方法。现就胰腺移植的方法、适应证、外科技术、并发症以及治疗结果等方面加以综述。

| Abstract: | Along with the improvement of surgical technique and t he progress of immunosuppressive agents,the survival rate of pancreas transplant ation has been raised recently.As a result,pancreas transplantation becomes the standard treatment for type 1 diabetes mellitus that can induce an insulin-inde pendent normoglycemic state.In this article we review the methods,indications,su rgical techniques,complications and therapeutic results of pancreas transplantat ion. |
