去乳糖饮食对婴幼儿轮状病毒腹泻治疗效果的 Meta分析

目的：评价以去乳糖饮食为主要措施对轮状病毒肠炎腹泻的临床治疗效果。方法检索Medline、EMbase、CNKI等中英文数据库。纳入以去乳糖饮食治疗等综合干预措施的随机对照试验，并追索已纳入的参考文献，对文献进行评价与资料提取，使用Rev Man 5．3软件进行Meta分析。结果在检出的574篇文献中，最终纳入12篇文献，其中621例为干预组，615例为对照组。分析结果显示干预组呕吐消失时间（ MD ＝－5．20，95％CI：－7．88～－2．52）、止泻时间（ MD ＝－1．08，95％CI：－1．50～－0．67）、总体有效率（OR＝3．85，95％CI：2．13～6．95）均优于对照组。结论去乳糖饮食治疗能有效减轻轮状病毒腹泻患儿的症状，促进其尽早康复，降低死亡风险。

Meta-analysis on effect of lactose-free dietary on rotavirus diarrhea

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lactose-free fomula in dietary on rotavirus enteritis diarrhea .Methods Chinese and English databases including Medline , EMbase and CNKI were searched .Randomized controlled trials ( RCT ) of lactose-free fomula for rotavirus diarrhea were recruited , and recruited references were recoursed .Literatures were evaluated and data were extracted to conduct Meta-analysis with Rev Man 5.3 software.Results Of 574 searched references only 12 were included, with 621 cases in intervention group and 615 cases in control group.Analysis results showed that disappearance of vomiting (MD=-5.20, 95%CI:-7.88-2.52), stopping of diarrhea (MD=-1.08, 95%CI:-1.50 -0.67) and overall efficiency rate (OR=3.85,95%CI:2.13-6.95) were superior in intervention group than in control group .Conclusion Lactose-free dietary can alleviate the symptoms of rotavirus diarrhea effectively , promote patients early recovery and reduce mortality risk .
