集束化护理措施防范成人经口气管插管患者非计划性拔管的应用效果分析

目的：本研究对防范成人经口气管插管非计划性拔管的集束化护理措施应用效果进行研究。方法采用历史性对照的方法，把2014年1月至3月入住某重症监护病房的经口气管插管患者设为对照组，采用常规护理措施；把2015年1月至3月期间入住该重症监护病房的经口气管插管患者作为干预组，除常规护理措施外，给予集束化护理措施，比较两组经口气管插管患者非计划性拔管的发生率。结果干预组采用集束化护理策略，非计划性拔管的发生密度为0.5/100置管日；对照组采用常规措施，非计划性拔管的发生密度为2.1/100置管日，两组相比，差异有统计学意义。结论集束化护理策略，是理想的护理方法，正确的应用于临床实践中，并不断改进，可有效降低非计划性拔管的发生率。

Analysis of the application effect of cluster nursing measures on preventing un-planned extubation of adult patients with oral cavity endotracheal intubation

Objective To study the application effect of cluster nursing measures on preventing unplanned ex-tubation of adult patients with oral cavity endotracheal intubation. Methods The method of historical comparison was a-dopted . The patients with oral cavity endotracheal intubation admitted to ICU from January to March 2014 were selected as the control group. The patients of the control group were treated with conventional nursing measure. The patients with oral cavity endotracheal intubation admitted to the same ICU from January to March 2015 were selected as the interven-tion group. The patients of the intervention group were given cluster nursing measure on the basis of conventional nurs-ing measure. The incidence of unplanned extubation of the two groups was compared. Results The intervention group adopted the cluster nursing strategy and the incidence of unplanned extubation was 0. 5 per 100 intubation days. While the control group adopted the conventional nursing measure and the incidence of unplanned extubation was 2. 1 per 100 intubation days, and there was statistical significance between the two groups. Conclusions Cluster strategy was an i-deal nursing method. The strategy can effectively reduce the incidence of unplanned extubation with correct clinical ap-plication and continuous improvement.
