护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床效果及血糖和生活质量的影响

目的：探讨护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床效果及血糖和生活质量的影响。方法223例老年糖尿病患者按随机分组法分为观察组114例和对照组109例。观察组采用综合护理干预，对照组采用一般护理干预。观察两组干预后血糖变化、相关行为及生活质量变化。结果两组患者通过干预后 HbA1 c、FBG 及P2 hBG水平低于各组间干预前，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组患者通过干预后HbA1 c、FBG及P2 hBG水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；两组干预后合理饮食、生活规律、定期复查及遵医行为患者多于干预前，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组干预后合理饮食、生活规律、定期复查及遵医行为多于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；两组干预后物质功能、社会功能、心理功能及躯体功能评分高于各组干预前，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；观察组干预后物质功能、社会功能、心理功能及躯体功能评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论护理干预对老年糖尿病患者临床效果显著，可明显降低患者血糖，提高患者生活质量，具有重要临床应用意义。

Clinical effects of nursing interventions on elderly patients with diabetes and its in-fluence on blood sugar and patients ' quality of life

Objective To explore the clinical effects of nursing interventions on elderly patients with diabetes and its influence on blood sugar and patients' quality of life. Methods Totally 223 cases of elderly patients with diabe-tes were randomly divided into observation group ( n=114 ) and control group ( n=109 ) . The observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, while the control group received general nursing intervention. The changes of blood glucose, related behavior and quality of life of the two groups after intervention were observed. Results Two groups of patients had lower levels of HbA1c, FBG and P2hBG after intervention, and there was statistical significance ( P<0. 05);the HbA1c, FBG and P2hBG of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ); more patients in both groups conducted reasonable diet, routine life, regular review and followed the doctor's instruction than that before the intervention, and with more patients in the observation group than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05);the scores of substance function, social function, mental function and physical function of the two groups after intervention were both higher than that before intervention, and the score of the observation group was significantly high-er than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Nursing interven-tion has a remarkable clinical effect on elderly patients with diabetes, can significantly reduce the patients' blood sugar, and improve the patients quality of life. It has important significance in clinical application.
