摘    要:目的:调查护理本科新生转专业意愿现状,分析有关因素。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对护理本科一年级学生进行转专业有关问题的问卷调查,对特征学生进行座谈及个别访谈。结果参与调查的73名护理本科新生中,56名(76.7%)学生入学时有转专业意愿,入学8个月后,34名(46.6%)学生有转专业意愿,最终有17名(23.3%)学生转到其他专业,转专业原因主要是初次专业选择的盲目性及专业学习中呈现出的专业与个人兴趣爱好不符等问题。结论护理本科新生对专业的认同感存在一定的局限性,学校需积极采取措施提高学生的专业认同度,促进学生适应。

Analysis of the status quo and causes of nursing students' desire to change the major
Abstract:Objective To investigate the current situation of nursing students' desire to change the major and to analyze the relevant factors. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey the nursing students in grade one in terms of changing major and the individual interviews were conducted for the targeted students. Results Among the 73 nursing freshmen, 56 ( 76. 7%) students had the desire to change the major. After 8 months, 34 ( 46. 6%) students still had the desire to change the major and 17 (23. 3%) students finally changed major. The main reasons were that the blindness of initial professional choice and the problems of professional learning. Conclusions Nursing fresh-men's professional identity has some limitations. The universities should take measures to improve the professional identi-ty of nursing freshmen and promote their adaptability.
