焦点解决护理对烧伤患者自我效能感的影响

目的：探讨焦点解决护理对烧伤患者自我效能感的影响。方法将56例烧伤患者随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上采用焦点解决护理。应用一般自我效能感量表(General Self-Efficacy Scale, GSES)评定患者干预前后的自我效能感状态。结果干预前,实验组和对照组的GSES 评分分别为(23.14±5.99)分和(21.54±5.85)分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,实验组 GSES评分为(26.93±6.30)分,高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)；对照组 GSES 评分为(22.68±6.27)分,低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论焦点解决护理对提高烧伤患者的自我效能感有较好效果,提高了烧伤患者的主观能动性,值得临床推广。

The effect of Solution Focused Nursing on the self-efficacy of burned patients

Objective To explore the effect of Solution Focused Nursing on the self-efficacy of burned pa-tients. Methods A total of 56 cases of burned patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given So-lution Focused Nursing based on the routine nursing. The General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) was used to evaluate the patients' state of self-efficacy before and after the intervention. Results Before the intervention, the GSES score of the experimental group and the control group was (23. 14±5. 99) and (21. 54±5. 85) respectively, there was no signifi-cant difference between the two groups (P>0. 05) . After the intervention, the score of GSES of the experimental group was (26. 93±6. 30), which was higher than before, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01) . After the intervention, the score of GSES of the control group was (22. 68±6. 27), which was lower than the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 01) . Conclusion Solution Focused Nursing can signifi-cantly improve the self-efficacy of burned patients, and improve the subjective initiative of burned patients, it is worth of clinical promotion.
