行为护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者患病行为的影响

目的：探讨行为护理干预对类风湿关节炎患者患病行为的影响。方法选择2013年7月至2015年4月连续收治的符合诊断标准的类风湿关节炎患者160例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各80例。入组时应用IBQ量表进行初评。观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上，制订并实施个体化行为护理干预；对照组接受常规治疗、护理，并于入组12个月后再次测评。结果观察组的生理功能、生理职能、身体疼痛、社会功能、情感职能、总体健康评分在行为护理干预后有显著改善，改善值优于对照组( P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论行为护理干预可以明显改善类风湿关节炎患者的患病行为。

Influence of the behavior nursing intervention on improving the illness behavior of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To explore the effects of behavior nursing intervention on the illness behavior of RA pa-tients. Methods A total of 160 patiens who met the diagnostic criteria of RA from July 2013 to April 2015 were ran-domly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method, 80 cases in each group. IBQ scale was used to conduct a preliminary assessment at baseline . The observation group formulated and implemented individualized behavior nursing intervention on basis of conventional nursing, while the control group re-ceived routine treatment and nursing. All the patients were assessed again after 12 months. Results The physical func-tion, physical role, bodily pain, social function, emotional function and general health scores of the observation group after the implantation of behavior nursing intervention was significantly improved, and the improvement was superior to that of the control group ( P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 ) . Conclusions Behavior nursing intervention can significantly improve the illness behavior of RA patients.
