居家护理模式在轻症手足口病患儿的应用

目的：探讨居家护理模式对轻症手足口病患儿的护理效果分析。方法将84例轻症手足口病患儿按就诊顺序随机分为观察组42例和对照组42例。观察组实施出院后居家护理：包括健康教育、电话随访和上门访视等护理措施。对照组出院后不实施居家护理。比较两组治疗护理依从性、生存质量、家庭自我管理知识掌握情况及患儿症状缓解时间。结果观察组治疗护理依从性、生存质量、家庭自我管理知识掌握情况及患儿症状缓解时间均短于对照组，治疗护理依从性、生存质量、家庭自我管理知识掌握情况及患儿症状缓解时间结果均好于对照组，差异均有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论居家护理模式对手足口病患儿的生活和治疗状态均有积极的影响，同时可有效提高手足口病患儿家属对于相关知识掌握水平，促进患儿康复，值得在临床上进行推广应用。

The application of home care model applied in children with HFMD

Objective To explore the effect of home care nursing model for children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods A total of 84 patients with mild symptoms of HFMD were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the order of visiting, 42 cases in each group. The patients of the observation group re-ceived home care after discharge, including health education, telephone follow-up and visit and other nursing meas-ures. The patients of the control group were not given the home care after discharge. The treatment compliance, quality of life, the mastery of self-management knowledge at home and the symptom relief time were compared. Results The treatment compliance, quality of life, the mastery of family self-management knowledge and patients' symptom remis-sion time of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group; the treatment compliance, quality of life, the mastery of family self-management knowledge and patients' symptom relief time of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05) . Conclusions Home care model has a positive influence on the life and treatment status of children with hand, foot and mouth disease, at the same time it can effectively improve the mastery of the related knowledge in terms of the hand, foot and mouth disease for the children's families, and can promote the patients' recovery, it is worth a clinical popularization and application.
