摘 要: | Wnt 信号通路是一条在进化上高度保守的信号途径,它参与多种组织细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等生命过程。近来研究表明,Wnt 信号通路参与支气管哮喘的发病过程,与气道炎症、气道重塑、组织修复和细胞外基质分泌等都密切相关。本文就 Wnt 信号通路在支气管哮喘中的研究进展作一综述。

Research progress of the roles of Wnt signaling pathway in bronchial asthma |

Abstract: | Wnt signaling pathway is a highly conservative signaling pathway,which is involved in the life process of a variety of tissue cells,such as proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and so on.Recent research shows that the Wnt signaling pathway is involved in the pathogenesis of bronchial asthma,which is closely related with airway inflammation,airway remodeling,tissue repair and secretion of extracellular matrix and the like.In this paper,the research progress on the role of Wnt signaling pathways in bronchial asthma is reviewed. |
