舒适护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中的价值研究

目的：对舒适护理在微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期护理中的价值予以研究，为临床护理提供指导。方法选取我院外科2014年1~4月收治的小儿疝气患者150例为研究对象，按照手术排序将其分为观察组和对照组，每组75例。单号患儿为对照组，按常规护理方式予以护理；双号患儿为观察组，按照舒适护理予以护理。就疗效、呼吸、心率、心理状态、疼痛度、术后并发症发生率及护理满意度等数据进行组间比较及统计学分析。结果两组研究对象均顺利完成手术，观察组总有效率为97．3%高于对照组90．7%的总有效率，无显著差异性( P>0．05)；观察组心率、血压、呼吸异常发生率、心理状态、疼痛发生率、重度疼痛发生率及并发症发生率均显著优于对照组( P<0．05)；观察组护理满意率为97．3%，对照组护理满意率为80%，组间比较，差异具有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论舒适护理用于微创手术治疗小儿疝气围术期的护理中能够提高疗效，降低患儿呼吸、心率、血压等指标的异常率，改善其心理状态，降低疼痛度，减少并发症，提高护理满意率，具有推广价值。

A study of values of comfortable nursing care in perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of infantile hernia

Objective To study the values of comfortable nursing care in perioperative period of minimally in-vasive surgery in the treatment of infantile hernia, so as to provide guidance for clinical care. Methods A total of 150 pediatric patients with hernias in our hospital from January 2014 to April 2014 were selected and divided into the obser-vation group and the control group according to the operation sequencing, with 75 cases of each group. Children with odd numbers were named as the control group and were given conventional nursing care, while the children with even num-bers were considered as the observation group and were given comfortable nursing care. The effect of respiration, heart rate, mental status, pain, postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed statistically between the two groups. Results The two groups' research objects were all smoothly completed the surgeries. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97. 3%, which was significantly higher than that of the 90. 7% of the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0. 05);the heart rate, blood pressure, breathing excep-tion occurrance rate, psychological state, pain occurrence rate, serious pain occurrance rate and the complications oc-currance rate of the observation group were all significantly better than that of the control group ( P<0. 05 );the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97. 3%, which was significantly higher than that of the 80% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusion The comfortable nursing used in mini-mally invasive surgery in the treatment of hernias can improve the efficacy of perioperative nursing care and decrease the abnormality rate of respiration, heart rate, blood pressure and other indicators. Meanwhile, it can improve their state of mind, decrease pain, reduce complications and improve nurses' satisfaction, thereby it is worth promoting.
