护理干预在置管溶栓联合腔内治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期的应用及效果分析

目的：研究护理干预在置管溶栓联合腔内治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症围术期的应用及效果。方法选取2013年4月至2014年5月本院收治的20例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者，按照入院顺序将患者分为观察组(10例)和对照组(10例)。对照组采用常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上行围术期的系统护理干预措施。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，治疗前后的焦虑与抑郁情绪、疼痛程度，评价两组患者治疗后的满意度。结果观察组患者治疗的临床疗效(90.00%)显著高于对照组(60.00%)，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)；干预后，观察组患者的疼痛程度(2.5±0.7)显著低于对照组(4.7±1.1)，观察组患者的SDS评分(54.6±3.2)分、SAS评分(53.5±4.1)分显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的满意度(90.00%)显著高于对照组(50.00%)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前准备工作的完善，术中的有效护理及术后对病情保持密切监测的围术期护理干预措施，有利于提高置管溶栓联合腔内治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的临床疗效。

Application and effect of nursing intervention on catheter thrombolysis combined with endovascular treatment arteriosclerosis obliterans during the perioperative pe-riod

Objective To study the application and effect of nursing interventions on catheter thrombolysis combined with endovascular treatment arteriosclerosis obliterans during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 20 cases of patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans treated in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2014 were se-lected and were divided into observation group and control group according to their orders of admission, 10 cases in each group. The control group received usual care, while the observation group were given the perioperative systematic nurs-ing interventions on the basis of usual care. The clinical efficacy after treatment, patientsˊanxiety and depression before and after the treatment and pain degree were compared, and satisfaction of the two groups were compared after treat-ment. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group (90. 00%) was significantly better (60. 00%) than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . After the intervention, the patientsˊde-gree of pain of the observation group was ( 2. 5 ± 0. 7 ) , which was significantly lower than that of the control groupˊs (4. 7±1. 1), and the SDS score and SAS score of the patients of the observation group were (54. 6±3. 2) and (53. 5± 4. 1 ) points respectively, which was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant (P<0. 05) . The patientsˊsatisfaction of the observation group (90. 00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (50. 00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusions The per-fect preoperative preparation, intraoperative effective care, and close monitoring after operation will improve the clinical efficacy of catheter thrombolysis combined with endovascular treatment for patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans.
