摘 要: | 目的:探讨集束化肺康复干预策略对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者 BODE 指数的影响。方法选择2011~2013年在本院呼吸内科出院的稳定期 COPD 患者29例,采用自身实验前后对照设计,入组前进行 BODE (B 体质指数、O 气流阻塞程度、D 呼吸困难严重程度、E 运动耐力)基数评估,给予集束化肺康复干预措施,包括患者评估、下肢运动训练、呼吸肌力量训练、健康宣教、心理和行为干预、营养支持指导,6个月后再进行生 BODE指数检测。结果 BODE 指数从(6.72±2.29)下降至(5.48±2.47)(P<0.01)。结论集束化肺康复干预策略能降低患者 BODE 指数。

Effect of cluster pulmonary rehabilitation intervention strategy on BODE index of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of cluster pulmonary rehabilitation intervention strategy on BODE index of the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 29 patients with COPD who discharged from our hospital in the department of respiratory medicine and were at the stable period from 2011 to 2013 were selected as the research objects. A self-controlling study was adopted: the BODE base was assessed before the enrollment (B is the body mass index, O is the degree of airflow obstruction, D is the severity of breathlessness, E is exercise tolerance). All the patients were given cluster pulmonary rehabilitation intervention, including evaluation of patients, exercises training of lower limbs, exercises training of respiratory muscle, health education, psychological and behavioral intervention and guidance for nutrition support. After 6 months' intervention, the BODE index was measured again. Results The BODE index dropped from (6. 72 ±2. 29) to (5. 48± 2. 47) (P<0. 01). Conclu-sion Cluster pulmonary rehabilitation intervention strategy can decrease BODE index. |
