中药保留灌肠联合内生场深部热疗治疗盆腔炎的疗效观察

目的：探讨中药保留灌肠联合内生肠+深部热疗对盆腔炎治疗的疗效。方法选取盆腔炎患者90例，随机分为观察组(中药保留灌肠联合内生场深部热疗)和对照组(常规药物)。对比两组在临床症状、体征及总体疗效上的差异。结果痊愈率观察组88.90%，对照组60.00%( P<0.05)；下腹腰部酸痛下坠治疗改善情况﹝观察组100.00%，对照组84.00%( P<0.05)﹞，子宫活动受限、压痛治疗改善情况﹝观察组100.00%，对照组86.00%( P<0.05)﹞，其余指标均无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论采用中药保留灌肠联合内生肠热疗治疗盆腔炎，能有效改善患者临床症状，无毒副作用，治愈率高，值得临床进一步研究。

Observation of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema com-bined with deep endogenous thermal therapy field for the treatment of pelvic inflam-matory disease

Objective To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) retention enema c com-bined with deep endogenous thermal therapy field for the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group ( TCM retention enema combined with deep endogenous field therapy) and a control group ( conventional drugs) . The clinical symptoms, signs and overall efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The cure rate of the observation group was 88. 90%, while the control group was 60. 00% ( P<0. 05 ) . The improvements of lower abdomen waist ache straining treatment was 100. 00% for the observation group and 84. 00% for the control group ( P<0. 05 ) , the improvements of uterine activity limitation and tenderness treatment was 100. 00% for the observation group and 86. 00% for the control group ( P<0. 05 ) , and there was no statistical significance in terms of the comparisons of other indexes ( P>0. 05 ) . Conclusion TCM retention enema combined with deep endogenous field therapy applied in the treatment for patients with pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively improve the clinical symptoms with non-toxic side effects and high cure rate, it is worthy of further clinical research.
