口腔医院门诊临床护理质量的调查分析

目的：了解口腔医院门诊的临床护理质量。方法采取整群抽样方法，从整体护理、患者安全、医院感染控制、专科护理操作技能、健康教育5个方面对某三甲口腔专科医院208名门诊护士的护理质量进行调查，并进行持续质量改进。结果整体护理达标率为75.34%~91.13%，患者安全达标率为31.28%~95.56%，医院感染控制达标率为61.68%~100.00%，专科护理操作技能达标率为78.63%~96.47%，健康教育达标率为88.12%~94.14%。其中，达标率最低的条目为：患者安全方面“患者治疗时有护目措施(如佩戴护目镜等)”(31.28%)，医院感染控制方面“牙椅排水管道清洁消毒规范”(61.68%)。结论口腔医院门诊临床护理质量中各条目存在较大差异，护理管理者应根据达标率低的条目进行动态持续性改进，尤其以保障患者安全和预防交叉感染为重点，从而提高口腔门诊临床护理质量。

Investigation and analysis of the clinical nursing quality in dental clinic

Objective To understand the nursing quality in dental clinic. Methods A total of 208 dental nursers from a three-A stomatological hospital were investigated by group sampling method through five aspects, inclu-ding holistic nursing, patients' safety, hospital infection control, nursing procedures and health education, and pro-ceed to improve the service quality. Results The compliance rates of holistic nursing ranged from 75. 34% ~91. 13%, patients' safety ranged from 31. 28% ~95. 56% , hospital infection control ranged from 61. 68% ~100%, nursing pro-cedures ranged from 78. 63% ~96. 47% and health education ranged from 88. 12% ~94. 14%. Among which, the compliance rate in terms of patients' safety,"the use of glasses at the course of treatment" was the lowest (31. 28%) . In terms of the aspect of hospital infection control," the cleaning and disinfection of the drainage pipeline in a dental u-nit " was 61. 68%. Conclusions There were great differences in terms of dental nursing quality. Nursing managers should improve the quality according to the low compliance rate of the items, especially patients' safety and hospital in-fection control.
