摘 要: | 目的:探讨微格教学模式在创伤骨科行外固定术患者出院后健康教育中应用的效果评价。方法2013年1月至2015年1月在本科室行外固定手术患者64例,随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组在出院前按常规方法进行护理及健康教育,观察组按微格教学模式实施相关护理及健康教育。观察两组患者外固定健康教育内容的掌握程度、手术后并发症情况、患肢功能活动情况及对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组患者对相关外固定知识的掌握程度,患肢功能活动情况,并发症发生情况,对护理工作的满意度,均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论将微格教学模式应用于外固定术患者的健康教育中,能使患者较全面地掌握相关外固定健康教育知识,预防外固定术后并发症的发生及促进健康恢复有着积极的推动作用,从而提高了护理满意度,体现了以人为本的服务理念。

The application and effectiveness evaluation of microteaching model on the health education for trauma orthopedic patients who received external fixation treatment |

Abstract: | Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of microteaching model on the health edu-cation for trauma orthopedic patients who received external fixation treatment. Methods A total of 64 patients in our de-partment who received external fixation treatment from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the ob-servation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. The control group carried out the conventional way for nurs-ing and health education before discharge. While the observation group adopted the microteaching model for related nurs-ing and health guidance. The mastering of the relative knowledge about external fixation, complications after operation, limb function activity, and the satisfaction for nursing job were compared between the two groups. Results The maste-ring of the relative knowledge about external fixation, limb function activity, the incidence rates of complications and satisfaction for the nursing work of the observation group were better than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusions Microteaching model applied in the health education for patients with external fixation surgery can make the patients better master the relevant knowledge about external fixation health education and has a positive and promoting role for preventing the complications after surgery and promoting patients' healthy recovery and at the same time, it can improve the satisfaction for nursing, reflecting the people-oriented service idea. |
