| 摘 要： | 目的：调查社区脑卒中患者连续康复护理需求，为构建脑卒中患者连续康复护理模式提供依据。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法抽取郑州市9个社区172名脑卒中患者，采用自行设计的脑卒中患者连续康复护理需求调查表进行调查分析。结果社区脑卒中患者连续康复护理需求主要集中于专业康复护理指导需求(3.85±0.682)、信息支持需求(3.63±0.542)和心理护理需求(3.43±0.537)。结论社区脑卒中患者对连续康复护理需求高；应充分考虑社区脑卒中患者连续康复护理需求，构建适合我国国情、具有操作普适性的脑卒中患者医院-社区-家庭的连续康复护理模式。

Investigation and analysis of the needs for continuous rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients in community |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the needs for continuous rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients in com-munity, in order to provide references for building a continuous rehabilitation care model. Methods A total of 172 stroke patients in 9 communities were selected by multi-stage random sampling method. All of the research objects were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire about needs for continuous rehabilitation nursing of stroke patients. Results The needs for continuous rehabilitation nursing mainly focused on needs for professional rehabilitation nursing guidance (3. 850±0. 682), needs for information support (3. 630±0. 542) and needs for psychological nursing (3. 430± 0. 537 ) . Conclusions The needs for continuous rehabilitation nursing were in great demands and should be taken into full consideration for stroke patients in community. And a hospital-community-family continuous rehabilitation nursing model with Chinese characteristics and suitability for operating should be constructed. |
