摘    要:目的:探讨多元化健康教育对鼻咽癌放疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年10月至2014年8月衡阳市某医院肿瘤放疗科住院的鼻咽癌放疗患者89例为研究对象,其中实验组46例和对照组43例,对照组采用常规的健康宣教方式,实验组在对照组的基础上采用了多元化的健康教育,包括出版放疗科护士专科健康教育书籍、修改并改黑白健康宣教资料为彩印的健康宣教资料、多媒体讲座、观看视频、多媒体示教功能锻炼操等方法。选择欧洲癌症研究和治疗协作组生活质量核心问卷QLQ-C30中文版及头颈部特异问卷QLQ-H&N35(V1.0)中文版来评估健康教育对鼻咽癌调强放疗患者生活质量的影响。结果实验组患者的功能领域与症状领域生活质量得分情况均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论多元化健康教育能帮助鼻咽癌放疗患者更好地掌握健康教育知识,减轻放疗不良反应,提高生活质量。

The influence of diversified health education on the quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy
Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of the diversified health education on the quality of life of naso-pharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 89 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radio-therapy in the department of oncological radiotherapy from a certain hospital in Hengyang city from October 2012 to August 2014 were chosen as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group, with 46 cases in ex-perimental group and 43 cases in control group. The control group adopted the conventional health education way, while the experimental group received the diversified health education on the basis of the control group, including publishing specialist health education books for nurses in radiotherapy department, modifying health education materials and changing the black and white to the color, multimedia lecture, watching video and multimedia teaching functional exercise train-ing. The core of quality of life questionnaire QLQ-C30 ( Chinese version) and the head and neck specific questionnaire QLQ-H&N35 (V1. 0) (Chinese version) of European cancer research and treatment collaboration team were utilized to e-valuate the influence of health education on the quality of life of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiothera-py. Results The scores of life quality in terms of function and symptom of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group (P<0. 05) . Conclusion Diversified health education can help nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy better master health education knowledge, reduce radiation reaction and improve the life quality of patients.
