翻转课堂在临床带教应用的SWOT分析

摘    要:翻转课堂作为教育信息的产物推动着教学事业的改革,随着翻转课堂在我国各院校的开展及取得成绩,其主导教学模式已是大势所趋。本研究运用SWOT分析法对翻转课堂引入临床教学的优势劣势面的机会及挑战进行分析,探索影响翻转课堂实施的因素,并根据临床教学的特点对如何实施翻转课堂提出对策。

SWOT analysis of the application of flipped classroom in clinical teaching
Abstract:As the product of the education information, the flipped classroom was promoting the reform of the teaching profession. With the development of the various universities in our country, the teaching mode was the general trend. This paper used the SWOT analysis method to analysis the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges of the flipped classroom in clinical teaching, so as to explore the factors that influence the implementation of the flipped classroom. And according to the characteristics of clinical teaching, put forward countermeasures that how to implement the flipped classroom.
