摘    要:目的:研究多功能空气消毒机、紫外线及自然通风消毒改善呼吸科病房空气质量的效果,为有效控制医院感染率提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月至2015年6月呼吸内科4个病房为研究对象,分为4组,比较三种消毒方式有效消毒后,病房空气细菌总数。结果消毒前,各组空气细菌总数无统计学差异,消毒后,不同消毒方式各时间点空气细菌总数均具有统计学差异。空气消毒机组及紫外线组空气消毒质量明显优于自然通风组,但空气消毒机组与紫外线组间,消毒后各时间点空气细菌总数无统计学意义。结论多功能空气消毒机能有效改善病房空气质量,运用效果优于自然通风消毒,运用环境优于紫外线消毒,不仅安全可靠,而且使用灵活,不影响各项医疗操作,更适合基层医院使用。

Analysis on the application of multifunctional air disinfection machine in improving the wards' air quality
Abstract:Objective To study the effects of multifunctional air disinfection machines, ultraviolet light disin-fection and natural ventilation on the improvement of air quality in respiratory wards, so as to provide references for the effective control of hospital infection. Methods A total of 4 respiratory wards from January 2014 to June 2015 were se-lected and divided into four groups. Then the total number of air bacteria in these wards after the effective disinfection of three ways were compared. Results There were no statistical differences in terms of the total bacterial amount before disinfection. After disinfection, there were statistical differences in terms of the total bacterial amount at different time after the implementation of different disinfection method. The air quality of group with multifunctional air disinfection ma-chines and group with ultraviolte light disinfection was better than that of the group with natural ventilation. But there were no statistical differences in terms of the total bacterial amount at different time after disinfection between group with multifunctional air disinfection machines and group with ultraviolet light disinfection. Conclusions Multifunctional air disinfection machines can effectively improve the air quality in wards, the effect of sterilization is better than that of nat-ural ventilation, and the application environment is better than that of ultraviolet light disinfection. The application of multifuntional air disinfection machines is not only safe but also reliable and flexible, and meanwhile it doesn't affect the medical operation, and is more suitable for primary hospitals.
