积极心理学理论在儿科护士心态调整中的应用

目的：制定基于积极心理学理论的儿科护士心态调整方案,评价其实施效果。方法以积极心理学理论为框架制定儿科护士心态调整方案,选取本院儿科护士142名作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用本院常规心态调整方案进行干预,观察组在此基础上依据积极心理学的理论,制定儿科护士心态调整方案,使用该方案进行心理干预,两组采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、工作倦怠量表(MBI-GS,2002,李超平标准)、生活满意度量表(SWLS,Pavot&Diener,1993)评价干预效果。结果干预后经组内比较,对照组与观察组在干预实施前后得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但经组间比较,观察组得分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运用积极心理学理论制定的儿科护士心态调整方案能提高儿科护士自我效能感、减轻工作倦怠和提高生活满意度,值得推广应用。

Application of positive psychology theory on attitude adjustment of pediatric nurses

Objective To establish a scheme for attitude adjustment of pediatric nurses based on positive psy-chology theory and to evaluate its effects. Methods Attitude adjustment scheme of pediatric nurses was established based on positive psychology theory. Totally 142 pediatric nurses in our hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was intervened with normal attitude ad-justment scheme of our hospital, while the observation group was intervened with attitude adjustment scheme of pediatric nurses designed on the basis of positive psychology theory in addition to that of the control group. Effects of the interven-tion of the two groups were evaluated with General Self-Efficacy Scale ( GSES) , Maslach Burnout Inventory ( MBI-GS, 2002, Li Chaoping) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS, Pavot&Diener, 1993) . Results The differences of comparision of scores of the two groups before and after the intervention were statistically different ( P<0. 05 ) , while the scores of the observation group were better than that of the control group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions Attitude ad-justment plan of pediatric nurses based on positive psychology theory can improve self-efficacy of pediatric nurses, re-duce their job burnout and improve their satisfaction of life, which is worth of popularization and application.
