临床新护士核心能力与自我效能感关系的调查研究

目的：评估三级甲等医院临床新护士核心能力现状和自我效能感程度,分析核心能力的相关影响因素与自我效能感的关系,确认临床新护士的培训需求,促进临床新护士护理能力的发展,提高自我效能感程度。方法本研究选取某三级甲等医院新入职3年以内的120名临床新护士作为研究对象,采用量性研究的方法。运用SPSS 19．0建立数据库并进行数据分析。结果120名临床新护士核心能力的总分为(167．28±33．453)分,处于中等水平。不同科室、年龄、教育程度的临床新护士核心能力比较差异有统计学意义( P<0．05),临床新护士自我效能感总分为(28．12±4．765)分,属于中等水平。临床新护士自我效能感与核心能力呈正相关的关系(r=0．800,P<0．01)。结论临床新护士在评判性思维/科研能力、领导能力、教育/咨询方面有针对性培训的需求,由于护理工作的特殊性,对于新护士临床护理技能的继续教育培训也是不可或缺的。

Study on the relathionship between the core capabilities and sense of self-efficacy of new clinical nurses

Objective To assess the current situation of the core capabilities and the degree of the sense of self-efficacy of new clinical nurses in Third-level Grade-A hospital, and to analyze the relationship between the influen-cing factors associated with core capabilities and the sense of self-efficacy, in order to fix the training needs of new clini-cal nurses, to promote the development of the ability of the new clinical nurses, and to improve the degree of the sense of self-efficacy. Methods A total of 120 new clinical nurses in a certain Third-level Grade-A hospital who have worked for three years were taken as research objects. Quantitative research method was adopted. Database was established by SPSS 19. 0 software and data was analyzed. Results The total score of the core capabilities of 120 new clinical nurses was (167. 28±33. 453) points, which was in the medium level. There was a statistically significant difference for the core capabilities of new clinical nurses with different section, age and education background ( P<0. 05 ) . The total score of the self-efficacy of the new clinical nurses was ( 28. 12 ± 4. 765 ) points, which was in the medium level. The self-efficacy and core capabilities of the new clinical nurses was positively correlated ( r = 0. 800, P<0. 01 ). Conclusions The new clinical nurses needed to improve the level of critical thinking, the ability of scientific research, leadership competencies, teaching and counseling. Continous education and training for the new nurses' clinical nursing abilities was indispensable because of the specificity of nursing works.
