对维持血液透析患者实施风险管理的效果

目的 探讨风险管理对维持血液透析患者不良事件发生的影响.方法 选取2012年1月至2015年1月于我院进行血液透析治疗的患者110例为研究对象,根据采取的护理方法 不同分为观察组和对照组,每组55例.观察组采用风险管理,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度与不良事件发生情况.结果 观察组护理满意度为94.54%,明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组不良事件发生率为5.45%,低于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对维持血液透析患者实施风险管理可提高护理满意度,降低不良事件发生率,值得临床推广应用.

The effect of risk management for the patients with maintenance hemodialysis

Objective To explore the influence of risk management for adverse events of patients with mainte-nance hemodialysis. Methods A total of 110 cases of patients treated with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group accord-ing to the different nursing methods, 55 cases in each group. The observation group adopted the risk management nurs-ing method, while the control group adopted the conventional care. The satisfaction for nursing and adverse events of the two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction for nursing of the observation group was 94. 54%, which was obvi-ously higher than that of the control group, P<0. 05. The incidence rate of adverse events of the observation group was 5. 45%, which was lower than that of the control group, P<0. 05. Conclusions The implementation of risk manage-ment for patients with maintenance hemodialysis can improve the satisfaction for nursing, reduce the incidence of ad-verse events, thus it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
