摘    要:本文对5种不同的甘油浓度、3种不同的初冻温度对冻贮复温后的精子存活率的影响做了比较性研究.首次报道了不同剂量的中药丹参、肌苷对冻贮复温后精子存活率的影响的观察.根据实验结果,作者认为精液中甘油浓度为7%时,冻贮效果最好.

Abstract:This study compared the effects on survival rate of post-thaw sperm of five different glycerol concentrations in mixed semen, three different beginning temperatures of freezing, and first reported the observations on the effects on frozen human sperm of Salvia Miltiorrhiza, Inosinum.The results showed significant differences with the five different glycerol concentrations. Glycerol of 7 percent in mixed semen was the best one. There was no significant difference with the three beginning temperatures of freezing. The drugs mentioned above failed to show beneficial effect on post-thaw sperm.
