人工心脏起搏器植入患者心理健康分析

目的：了解人工心脏起搏器植入患者的心理健康状况。方法：对50例心室感知心室起搏抑制型（VVI）人工心脏起搏器植人患者以及50例健康对照组，应用症状自测量表（SCL-90）进行独立地测评、分析。结果：心脏起搏器植入患者术后比术前心理问题有所改善，尤以恐怖更为明显，但与对照组相比仍存在明显的心理障碍，主要表现为躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、人际敏感（P〈0．05）。结论：尽管心脏起搏器治疗具有积极的意义，但所存在的心理问题应引起重视。

Analysis on mental health in the patients implanted cardiac pacemaker

Objective： To understand the mental health status of the patients implanted VVI cardiac pacemaker. Methods： The 50 patients implanted cardiac pacemaker and 50 cases of the control group fulfilled the symptom check list 90 （SCL-90）independently and data were analyzed. Results： Compared with the fre-inplanted, the mental health was improved, especially in phobic anxiety. Compared with the control group, the therapeutic group were still marked mental obstacle, the scales of somatization, anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The psychological disorder attach importance to us despite the cardiac pacemaker therapy is important.
