病人对实习护生静脉输液操作的态度调查分析

目的 通过调查病人对护生实习静脉输液操作的态度，探讨协调病人与护生利益的有效方法。方法 采用自行设计的问卷对62例患者进行了调查。结果 80.64%的被调查者能接受护生治疗（儿科为33.33%)，首次操作失败后能接受再次治疗者为86％，2次操作失败后允许护生第3次操作者为44.0%，3次操作失败后同意护生继续治疗者为0。结论 护生常用操作实习应以至多2次为尺度，实习前集中培训，提高操作熟练程度可以减少实习常用操作的失败次数，更易于取得病人的配合。

A survey of patients'''' attitude to technical operations of student nurses

Objective To prove into measures to harmonize patients and student nurses by surveying patients' attitude to technical operations of student nurses. Methods 62 participated in our survey by filling in the self-designed questionnaire. Results 80. 64 of the patients expressed their acceptability of the treatment. 69. 35% did of second treatment after failure at first time, 35. 48 did of third treatment after second failure and none did of fourth treatment. Conclusion The number of times in nurse student's practical training is limited to twice treatment. Intensive trainings before clinical training help them improve their skills and eliminate possible failure, which will get patients' smooth cooperation.
