摘    要:目的:以促黄体生成素释放激素(LHRH)融合蛋白作为疫苗免疫性成熟前雄性小鼠,观察其对性腺轴系的影响,及其能否恢复。方法:将性成熟前小鼠分为断奶前免疫组(n=10,10日龄)、断奶后免疫组(n=10,24日龄)和对照组(n=10,24日龄),前两组用LHRH融合蛋白疫苗免疫2次(间隔5周)。免疫期检查小鼠的性行为、受孕情况、睾丸组织学变化以及精子密度和活力,以确定其抑制性腺发育的作用。抗LHRH抗体下降后,断奶前组注射睾酮(1 mg/只),共2次,断奶后组不做处理,观察其性功能恢复情况。结果:两组小鼠2次免疫后3~4个月性腺轴功能均可恢复至正常对照水平。结论:LHRH融合蛋白疫苗对断奶后小鼠具有可逆性抑制性腺轴系功能的作用;断奶前组小鼠,体内抗LHRH抗体下降后注射睾酮,性腺轴系功能也可恢复。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the sexual virility of immature mice immunized with the LHRH fusion protein vaccine. Methods: Immature male mice were divided into a pre-ablactation group (n=10), a post-ablactation group (n=10) and a control group (n=10). The first two groups were immunized with the LHRH fusion protein vaccine to produce LHRH antibody. The mating ability, the proportion of pregnant female mice, the morphological and histological changes of the testis, and the sperm density and motility were examined to conform the emasculating effect of the vaccine. When the LHRH antibody decreased, the pre-ablactation mice were injected with testosterone((1.0) ml each), the post-ablactation ones were left untreated, and then observations were made of the above parameters. Results: The sexual virility of the immature mice immunized with the LHRH fusion protein vaccine was restored to normal in 3~4 months. Conclusion: The LHRH fusion protein vaccine can reversibly restrain the sexual virility of post-ablactation immature mice after ablactation, and the sexual virility can recover in the pre-ablactation mice injected with testosterone after the LHRH antibody decrease.
