摘 要: | 目的:探讨最新的脑脓肿的诊断和治疗的方法。方法:回顾性分析2001—2011年80例脑脓肿患者临床资料,并且查阅最新的文献资料。结果:80例脑脓肿患者,死亡率是11.25%,年龄2—84岁,最常见的感染人群为青壮年55倪K68.75%)。隐源性感染途径34例(42.5%),额叶和顶叶脑脓肿的发病率是33.75%,头痛是最常见的症状53例(72.5%),链球菌属和葡萄球菌属感染分别是9例(42.86%)和5例(23.81%)。26例(32.5%)患者药物保守治疗,进行脓肿穿刺抽吸术的患者为18例(22.5%),26例(32.5%)进行了手术切除,6例(7.5%)例采用联合治疗,4例(5%)在入院后很快死亡。结论:隐源性感染已经成为近些年最常见的感染途径,额叶和顶叶成为脑脓肿的最高发的区域。链球菌属和葡萄球菌属是最常见的病原微生物。对于不适用药物保守治疗和外科手术治疗的患者,脓肿穿刺抽吸术是一项安全而有效的选择。

Abstract: | Objective: Explore the latest methods of diagnosis and treatment of brain abscess.Method: The clinical data of 80 cases of brain abscess from 2001 to 2011 was retrospectively analyzed and collected the latest literature.Result: 80 cases of patients with brain abscess were collected and their mortality was 11.25%.These patients ranged in age from 2 to 84 years old and the most common infections were young adults ( 68.75% ) .In these patients, cryptogenic infections accounted for 34 cases ( 42.5% ) and Lesion location in the frontal and parietal accounted for 33.75%.Streptococcus and Staphylococcus infection patients were 9 cases ( 42.86% ) and 5 cases ( 23.81% ), respectively.ln the treatment of brain abscess, drug treatment in 26 cases, aspiration in 18 cases and resection in 26 cases.Conclusion: Cryptogenic infection has become the most common route of infection in recent years and frontal and parietal has become the highest incidence area of brain abscess.Streptococcus and Staphylococcus is the most common pathogenic microorganisms.Aspiration is a safe and effective choice for patients who do not apply to conservative medical treatment and surgical treatment. |
