急性胰腺炎患者炎性介体——超敏C-反应蛋白和尿蛋白水平早期诊断的临床分析

目的 探讨急性胰腺炎（AP）患者炎性介体--超敏C-反应蛋白（high-sensitive c-reaction protein,hs-CRP）和尿蛋白（UA）水平测定的早期诊断应用.方法 利用生化法（超敏免疫和速率散射比浊法）测定了130例AP患者（其中50 例SAP和80例MAP）血清hs-CRP和UA（MA、β2 M和IgG）并与64名正常对照组进行了比较性研究.结果 130例AP患者血清hs-CRP水平、尿MA、尿β2 M和尿IgG水平较之正常对照组均明显增高（P均〈0.01）.并与AP的严重程度密切相关.结论 AP患者血清中hs-CRP水平是急诊早期诊断的良好指标,而AP早期肾损伤诊断和监测的灵敏指标依次为尿MA, 尿β2 M,尿IgG.

The Early Diagnosis in Clinical Application of Determination of Serum hs-CRP and UA Levels in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Objective In order to explore early diagnosis in clinical application of determination markers of inflammation （Serum hs-CRP and UA ）levels in patients with acute pancreatitis（AP）.Methods Serum hs-CRP with high-sensitive immuno turbidimetry method and UA（with speed-rate diffusion turbidimetry method）levels were determined in 130 patients with AP（including 50 patients with severe acute pancreatitis,SAP;80 patients with mild acute pancreatitis,MAP） and 64 normal controls as well as did compared analysis. Results Serum hs-CRP and UA （incluing MA, 13 2 MG and IgG） levels in 130 patients with AP were significantly higher than those in 64 normal controls（P all〈0.01）.Serum hs-CRP and UA levels were increased with AP severity,so the levels of SAP was higher than those of MAP. Conclusion Serum hs-CRP levels in patients with AP was great results for early diagnosis .The early period damage of renal function by increase urinary levels of MA, β 2 MG and IgG could be demonstrated in patients with AP.
