涂丝型氟罗沙星选择电极的研制与应用

摘    要:报道了一种以氟罗沙星与铋离子形成的缔合物为电活性物的PVC膜氟罗沙星涂丝选择电极,测定了氟罗沙星注射液的含量。电极的线性响应范围5.0×10-3~4.3×10-5mol/L,级差电位为29.25mV/pC,检测限为1.0×10-5mol/L。该电极响应迅速,重现性好,结果与药典法相符。

Abstract:In this paper, a new coated wire polyvinyl chloride membrane-Fleroxacin selective electrode based on Fleroxacin and Bia+ ion association complex is reported. The electrode showed Nernst response for Fleroxacin ranges between 5.0 × 10^-3 -4. 3 × 10^-5 mol/L with a slope of 29. 25mV/pC. The detection limit is 1.0× 10^-5mol/L. The electrode has last respond and good reproducibility. The electrode has been used for the determination of Fleroxacin in medicinal injection by the standard curve method. The procedures of this method are simple and the results obtained agree with those of pharmacopeial method.
