摘    要:目的:研究蛇毒神经生长因子(sNGF)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后诱发电位的影响,评价蛇毒种经生长因子在促进周围神经再生中的作用。方法:建立大鼠坐骨神经钳夹模型,局部滴加药物和术后肌注sNGF,通过脊髓诱发电位(SEP)、运动诱发电位(MEP)评定,观察坐骨神经修复情况.结果:sNGF治疗可使伤后SEP、MEP提早出现,结论:蛇毒提取的NGF对大鼠坐骨神经损伤修复具有促进作用.

Effect of Snake Nerve Growth Factor on Evoke Potential in Repairing Crushed Sciatic nerve in rats

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the effects of snake nerve growth factor(sNGF)on repairing crushed injury sciatic nerves in rats. Methods:The animal models of the crushed sciatic nerve were established in 30 wistar rats ,which divided into 3 groups:normal saline(NS) group, snake nerve growth factor(sNGF) group and normal control group. The sNGF was dropped into local sites and injected intramuscularly once a day for 14 days after operation. Functional repair for the crushed sciatic nerves was studied by the examination of somatosensory evoked potential(SEP), motor evoked potential(MEP), distance between first and fifth toes (TS)and observation of autotomy .Results:At 2 weeks after crushing, the SEP was elicited in 86% of sNGF group, and in 26%of NS group(P<0.01),the SEP's lantenscy of NS group was longer than sNGF group at 4 week.The MEP was elicited in 76% of sNGF group and none of the control group(P<0.01)at 2 weeks.The TS was longer than control group at 2, 3 weeks. Conclusion: NGF could significantly promote the functional repair of injuried peripheral nerve.
